A note of thanks from the organizers

We set out to make the 13th ICNMTA in Lisbon a forum for exchange of scientific ideas. Our aim was to bring people together to promote interaction and discussion between early-career and established investigators.

Ca. 150 delegates from 27 countries registered in this conference. The attendance in all of the sessions was exceptionally high, and the poster exhibition was the focus of intense interaction and scientific discussion. We would like to express our sincere thanks to all who attended ICNMTA 2012.
